3 Ways to Exercise That Build Muscle, Get You Fit and Keep You Healthy

There are so many different ways to exercise these days. You can literally buy thousands of different exercise equipment and gimmicks that you do not even need. I have seen people spend a lot of money on these and never use them.

The real truth is that the best place to exercise is the gym. Even if you do not want to go to the gym you can always do body weight exercise at home, which work extremely well if you know what kind of exercises to do.

I also want to tell you that nutrition plays a big role in what impact exercise has on your body. If you aren’t giving your body the right nutrients then your chances of losing fat, building muscle and becoming healthier are seriously hampered. The best way to ensure you’re not sabotaging yourself is to use a natural multivitamin.

With all that said, here are my three favorite forms of exercise that work very well if you use them consistently. Nothing will work overnight, but if you apply them and integrate them to your lifestyle, you will see differences.

1. Resistance training is one of my favorite ways to exercise. It is fast and efficient. Stick to the basic compound exercises and you’ll be in the gym 30 minutes 3 times a week and that will be enough. The basics are the squat, the bench and the press.

2. Interval training is not for beginners. It is all about working in intervals. An example is that you can walk 30 seconds and then jog 30 seconds. You can even do jog 30 seconds and go full out 30 seconds. It is up to you, but this is a powerful way to both build muscle and shed fat.

3. Bodyweight exercises are effective. Stick to the big ones, such as different variations of pushups, squats, bear walking and so on. These work extremely well but you have to push yourself and make sure your muscles are working hard.
